Requirements

• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Professional proficiency in English to communicate within our diverse international team.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
• Proven experience in a Customer Support Services role or a high-volume client-facing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an empathetic approach to customer interaction.
• Availability for on-site work in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support services via phone, email, and chat to our Portuguese-speaking client base.
• Resolve technical and general inquiries with a focus on first-contact resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM systems to ensure continuous service improvements.
• Collaborate with international teams to share best practices and optimize support workflows.
• Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department while ensuring proactive communication.
• Stay updated on product developments to provide accurate information and professional guidance to all users.
