Requirements

Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).

Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Previous experience in Customer Support Services or a client-facing consultative role is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking clients, ensuring an industry-leading standard of customer support services.
Analyze complex customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all customer interactions in our CRM systems to track performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve technical or process-related issues efficiently.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support workflows by providing actionable insights from client feedback.
Achieve daily and monthly service level targets while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
Participate in ongoing training modules to stay informed about product updates and industry best practices.
