Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for Danish-speaking clients, providing expert solutions in a customer support services environment.
• Resolve complex inquiries through telephone, email, and chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to contribute to the continuous improvement of service protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate technical issues or product feedback effectively.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets as defined by the customer support services excellence standards.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate and reliable information to customers.
