Requirements

• Native or fluent Greek (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a background in professional Customer Support Services.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Greek.
• Ability to thrive in an on-site office environment located in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in one of the many Greek-speaking jobs available in the BPO industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and functional support to customers in the Greek language.
• Analyze complex user issues and provide efficient solutions within the Customer Support Services framework.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional, timely, and empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical inquiries.
• Document all interactions accurately within the internal Customer Support Services database systems.
• Stay updated on the latest products and services to ensure expert-level consultation.
• Contribute to team KPIs and quality standards to ensure excellence in the Greek-speaking jobs market.
