Requirements

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to our office in Sofia.
• Proven experience in Customer Support Services or a similar client-facing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A professional, empathetic, and service-oriented mindset.
• Enthusiasm for international relocation and living in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for Norwegian-speaking clients, providing high-level technical and administrative support.
• Resolve complex inquiries within the Customer Support Services framework with a focus on delivering premium service excellence.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize communication workflows and improve user experiences.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client products to provide accurate and efficient solutions to end-users.
• Ensure all interactions meet the high-quality performance standards set by the firm.
• Participate in ongoing training to master new communication tools and service methodologies.
• Provide actionable feedback to management to enhance our service delivery and support operations.
