Requirements

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• A strong command of the English language to effectively communicate within our international office environment.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to assist others.
• Flexibility to work in a rotating shift pattern as required by the business.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry is highly preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers via phone, email, and live chat within the dynamic Customer Support Services industry.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely resolutions to inquiries.
• Efficiently manage customer databases while ensuring all interactions are documented in the internal system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and enhance service protocols.
• Contribute to the positive reputation of the client by representing their brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
• Proactively identify trends in customer feedback to support ongoing service quality improvements.
• Adhere to security and data privacy standards as required by international BPO compliance regulations.
