Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for Portuguese-speaking users.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues with precision, guiding users through effective solutions in the consumer electronics space.
• Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM systems to maintain high quality-assurance standards.
