Requirements

• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Professional proficiency in English to communicate within our international office environment.

• Eligibility to work in the EU; valid EU passport or work permit required.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support for Fitbit users in Portuguese, focusing on fitness and wellness device troubleshooting.
• Assist customers with the synchronization of wearable technology and integration with the Fitbit health platform.
• Guide users through personalized health and wellness goal settings, fostering an engaging brand experience.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering precise, technical, and empathetic product guidance.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure industry-standard service levels are exceeded daily.
• Identify trends in customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of fitness tracking technology.
• Manage user inquiries through multiple channels while maintaining a deep understanding of wellness-focused hardware.
