About The Position

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a passionate professional to fill the Finnish Speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. This role within the Fitness & Wellness industry allows you to combine your language skills with an interest in health technology. You will provide expert support to Finnish-speaking customers regarding Fitbit wearable devices and wellness ecosystems, troubleshoot technical queries, and deliver personalized advice on health metrics and product features. Requirements

• Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• A strong interest in the Fitness & Wellness industry and wearable technology.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on empathy and solution-oriented thinking.

• Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is considered an advantage.
