Responsibilities
- Provide expert, high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking users regarding their Fitbit fitness trackers and smartwatches.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to wearable synchronization, battery life, and app connectivity within the Fitness & Wellness ecosystem.
- Offer personalized guidance on utilizing health metrics such as heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, and activity logging.
- Maintain precise documentation of user inquiries and resolutions within our CRM system to ensure premium service quality.
- Stay updated on the latest software updates and fitness trends to provide accurate, industry-relevant advice.
- Collaborate with international team members to share best practices and elevate the overall user experience for the brand.
