Requirements

Responsibilities
- Deliver expert support to customers via phone, email, and live chat in Croatian, maintaining the highest standards of the Customer Support Services industry.

- Document customer interactions accurately within our internal CRM systems to maintain comprehensive account history.
- Collaborate with international teams to optimize support workflows and contribute to the company’s service performance metrics.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide precise and helpful information to all users.
- Participate in team briefings and training sessions designed to enhance your performance for the monthly performance bonus.
- Act as a primary cultural and linguistic bridge for Croatian-speaking clients navigating our support platforms.
