Responsibilities
- Provide expert, high-touch support to customers regarding Fitbit wearable devices and fitness tracking software.
- Guide users through the setup of health metrics, activity tracking, and personalized wellness goal-setting.
- Troubleshoot technical connectivity issues between hardware devices and the Fitbit ecosystem in Italian.
- Educate clients on how to maximize their fitness data for improved health outcomes and wellness management.
- Maintain a high standard of service that reflects the premium quality of the Fitness & Wellness industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on product performance based on user interactions.
