Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical assistance to customers regarding advanced consumer electronics, specifically iRobot home automation products.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software connectivity issues, ensuring a seamless user experience for our German-speaking clientele.
• Maintain a deep knowledge base of the latest iRobot innovations and smart home integration features.
• Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system to track trends in the consumer electronics sector.
• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the premium reputation of our partners in the consumer electronics space.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex cases and escalate hardware concerns when necessary.
