About The Position

Candlelight Park Apartments is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, self-starting Porter to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community for residents and guests. The role is with Monarch Investment & Management Group, a multifamily housing owner. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and pays up to $18.00 per hour depending on experience, with eligibility for quarterly bonuses and benefits. Employment is contingent on pre-employment criminal background and drug screenings.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, or similar work.
Be proactive, detail-focused, dependable, and a team player.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and pride in a job well done.
Complete pre-employment criminal background and drug screenings.

Nice To Haves

Commercial cleaning experience.
Basic knowledge of property operations or maintenance.

Responsibilities

Clean and organize interior spaces, including offices, bathrooms, hallways, and fitness centers.
Remove trash and prepare vacant units for new residents.
Maintain the community's curb appeal.
Assist with basic maintenance tasks, including painting, repairs, and unit turns.
Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal and pool upkeep.
Report maintenance or safety concerns.
