About The Position

The Pool Server provides friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests in a high-volume outdoor environment. The position includes greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders around the pool deck, maintaining the dining area, and working with bartenders to support a quality guest experience. This is a tipped position paying $11.98 per hour plus tips. The role requires working in heat and a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent guest service skills and oral communication skills.
• Able to work in heat during shifts.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests arriving at the pool in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
• Provide attentive, efficient, and friendly service in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Assist with opening pool bar duties.
• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests.
• Maintain positive guest relations.
• Open, set up, and organize the Cascades dining area.
• Walk the pool deck during service to take food and drink orders.
• Maintain working knowledge of the bar menu, drinks, garnishes, and preparation methods.
• Clean and reset tables as needed.
• Work closely with bartenders to provide a quality guest experience.
• Assist with closing shift duties.
