About The Position
The Pool & Beach Attendant provides guests with water, spritzing, towels, seating assistance, umbrellas, and orientation to the facilities. The role responds to guest interactions efficiently, courteously, and professionally to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, while complying with Four Seasons policies and procedures. The position involves opening the pool area, assisting and informing hotel guests, anticipating guest needs, and serving and clearing food and beverage items unobtrusively and professionally. The role is full-time and includes days, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills.
- Ability to read and speak English.
- Valid U.S. work authorization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct opening procedures, including obtaining pool keys, unlocking cabinets, setting up amenities, and preparing phones.
- Provide hotel guests with information and assistance, orient them to the facilities, help them register, and be familiar with hotel services and operating hours.
- Anticipate and meet guests’ requirements before they need to make requests.
- Provide water, spritzing, towels, seating assistance, umbrellas, and facility orientation at the Pool & Beach.
- Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.
- Respond to guest interactions efficiently, courteously, and professionally to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Comply with Four Seasons policies and procedures.
