About The Position

The Pool and Beach Attendant creates and executes initiatives that shape the atmosphere in the hotel's and restaurant's pool areas during the day and night. The role develops creative programming, events, and collaborations that appeal to hotel guests and local community members, while providing excellent poolside customer service. The attendant works closely with the Guest Service Manager and property teams to coordinate initiatives, communications, and operational performance.

Requirements

• Skillful verbal and written communication.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects effectively.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Creative spirit, motivation, and willingness to experiment.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide fantastic customer service to create an outstanding pool experience.
• Source new and maintain existing networks of musicians, artists, tastemakers, and other creative partners who may contribute to the social scene.
• Establish programs engaging the senses of sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste.
• Work closely with the Guest Service Manager on initiatives and support property and public-relations relationships on the ground.
• Obtain prior approval for new vendor relationships.
• Attend property meetings regularly and communicate current and upcoming programming and events to the property management team and staff to support efficient operations.
