About The Position

The Pool and Beach Attendant plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for members and guests at The Seagate beach and pool facilities. This position is responsible for setting up and maintaining guest amenities, ensuring the beach and pool areas remain clean and organized, and providing exceptional service throughout the day. The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, guest-focused, and enjoys working in an outdoor environment.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous hospitality, resort, beach, pool, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Welcome members and guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
Set up and arrange beach chairs, umbrellas, cabanas, towels, and other guest amenities.
Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and organization of all beach and pool areas.
Assist guests with seating, towel service, equipment requests, and general inquiries.
Deliver food and beverages to guests in accordance with service standards.
Monitor guest areas and promptly report maintenance concerns or safety hazards.
Maintain inventory and proper storage of beach and pool equipment.
Support opening and closing procedures, including daily setup and breakdown activities.
Provide information regarding resort amenities, services, and recreational activities.
Collaborate with associates and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
