About The Position
Responsible for leading and overseeing pool and beach operations, including restaurant and food and beverage service, ensuring high standards of service, organization, safety, and an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience in Food & Beverage, pool, beach, or related operations.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or resort environments.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and service-oriented skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage high-volume operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the pool and beach areas.
- Lead, organize, and support the team to ensure exceptional service.
- Ensure the smooth operation of restaurant and food & beverage services within the assigned areas.
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
- Follow up on guest needs and requests to ensure a memorable experience.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
