About The Position
Responsible for supporting the supervision of pool and beach operations, including restaurant and food & beverage service, ensuring high standards of service, organization, safety, and an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage, pool, beach, or related operations.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or resort environments, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Good English proficiency.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and service-oriented skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and perform effectively in high-volume operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the daily supervision of pool and beach operations.
- Coordinate and support the team during daily operations, ensuring efficient and consistent service.
- Follow up on restaurant and food & beverage service within the assigned areas.
- Ensure compliance with service, presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Attend to and follow up on guest requests and needs.
- Support the Pool and Beach Manager with team coordination, scheduling, and operational requirements.
