About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Pool Attendant to help create a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests in recreational activities and pool areas. The role calls for an upbeat, enthusiastic attitude and exceptional guest service. Shifts are eight hours with a 30-minute break and are assigned between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. Flexible scheduling is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate well with guests in English.
• Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold, heat, dust, and noise.
• Ability to efficiently perform basic arithmetic operations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior hospitality experience.
• CPR certification and First Aid certification.
• Basic-level Japanese language skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet each guest promptly with a friendly, sincere, and warm acknowledgment.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including information about resort services, activities, and local attractions.
• Collect and replenish pool towels, monitor inventory to minimize loss, keep towels stocked, and remove dirty towels.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the fitness center and activities center.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive conduct.
• Pitch in to assist coworkers with their job duties and be an outstanding teammate.
