About The Position

The Pool & Beach Attendant creates local, authentic, and memorable experiences for guests at the pool and beach and during other activities. The attendant provides towels, amenities, and seating options, and maintains exceptional knowledge of food and beverage menu items. The role calls for a sense of ownership and a personal connection with guests. The successful candidate can work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining luxury guest service. This is an on-call, casual position.

Requirements

• Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• American Red Cross certification in First Aid, AED, and CPR, or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• High school degree preferred.
• Previous pool and beach experience preferred.
• Previous safety experience preferred.
• American Red Cross Lifeguard certification, or equivalent, recommended.
