About The Position

The Pool Attendant’s primary responsibility is to provide unmatched guest service and maintain the cleanliness of the pool deck. The attendant escorts guests to pool lounges, assists with requests, distributes amenities, and keeps the deck clean. The role also includes providing services to meet guest needs, giving basic instructions on recreational equipment when requested, collecting soiled linens, replenishing fresh supplies, and knowing the facilities available to guests.

Requirements

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Escort guests to pool lounges, assist with guest requests, distribute amenities throughout the day, and maintain pool deck cleanliness.
• Provide service or assistance to meet the needs of a guest, client, or customer.
• Use clerical processing and information-evaluation skills to take action and complete tasks or assignments.
• Give basic instructions on recreational equipment when requested by guests.
• Collect soiled linens and replenish the area with fresh supplies.
• Be knowledgeable about all facilities available to guests.
