About The Position

The Barback supports bar operations and helps ensure guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. The role assists bartenders with supplies and equipment, keeps the bar stocked during busy periods, maintains a clean and organized work area, and cooperates with bartenders, servers, and other team members. The position requires standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying heavy objects, and working in a fast-paced environment. It is a tipped position, with a posted hourly range of USD $5.50 to USD $5.50.

Requirements

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn; previous Barback experience is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Dedication to providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by ensuring they have the necessary supplies and equipment.
• Keep bar areas stocked with ice, glassware, garnishes, and other essential items throughout busy periods.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar, including clearing empty glasses, cleaning spills, and disposing of waste.
• Work closely with bartenders, servers, and other team members to support smooth communication and cooperation.
