About The Position

805title is hiring a dedicated Account Executive to own its San Luis Obispo market, the company’s home market. The role focuses on ensuring local agents send their business to 805title by developing strong relationships and earning long-term trust. The Account Executive will represent the company and its technology suite in the market.

This is a full-commission role with no base salary. 805title is family-owned, privately held, and fast-moving, with proprietary agent-facing technology, market intelligence, and AI-powered title research through 805TitleIQ.

Requirements

• Have 1 to 2 years of professional sales experience in a field where you built and closed your own business.
• Understand San Luis Obispo and how relationships work in the local market.
• Be self-managed, coachable, and motivated by earning based on performance.
• Be able to develop business from scratch and consistently follow up.

Nice To Haves

• Title or real estate experience is welcome but not required.
• Consultative sales experience, including in pharma, payroll, or health and fitness, is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Own the San Luis Obispo territory through agent appointments, daily prospecting, and consistent relationship-building.
• Build a roster of Power Partners who send recurring title and escrow orders.
• Run a structured daily Hour of Power to drive pipeline and follow-up activity.
• Use LYTI to track all orders, income, and pipeline activity in real time.
• Represent 805title’s technology suite to agents in the market.
• Build relationships and encourage local agents to send their business to 805title.
