About The Position

Bailey's Comfort Services is launching a new plumbing service line and is seeking a licensed leader to build and establish the department from the ground up. This role offers a rare opportunity to shape the standards, processes, and team for Bailey's plumbing division. It is suitable for someone with experience building a department or a senior residential plumber ready for a leadership role, offering stewardship and growth potential within an established home services team.

Requirements

• Current Georgia Master Plumber license, Class II (Non-Restricted), issued by the Georgia Division of Master and Journeyman Plumbers
• Proven residential service plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• South Carolina Residential Plumber license
• Dual GA/SC licensing

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Bailey's residential plumbing service department
• Perform and oversee residential plumbing service, diagnostics, and repairs
• Establish processes, standards, and best practices for the new service line
• Mentor and help build out the plumbing team as the department grows
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call
• Partner with leadership on pricing, workflow, and departmental strategy
