About The Position

F.H. Furr is hiring a Plumbing Service Manager to lead its residential Plumbing team in Rockville, Maryland. The role reports in person to the Rockville location and focuses on high-quality service delivery, revenue performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The manager will guide and develop Plumbing technicians, provide technical expertise, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to support the division’s performance and growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential Plumbing management, with a track record of driving revenue performance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• HVAC certification and in-depth knowledge of industry best practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a team of Plumbing technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery and promote excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue in the Plumbing division.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify business opportunities and optimize customer relationships.
• Work with other departments to optimize operations and improve customer satisfaction.
• Streamline processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.
• Keep up with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to support innovative Plumbing services.
