About The Position

Build Something From the Ground Up — Lead Bailey's New Plumbing Service Line. Bailey's Comfort Services has built a reputation across the Central Savannah River Area for taking care of our customers and our people. We're a growing home services team serving Augusta, GA, and the surrounding communities on both sides of the Savannah River. As we launch our new plumbing service line, we're looking for a licensed leader to help us build it right from day one. This is a rare opportunity to step in on the ground floor and shape a department. As our Plumbing Service Manager, you'll bring your Master Plumber license and hands-on residential service experience to establish the standards, processes, and team that will define Bailey's plumbing division for years to come. Whether you've built a department before or you're a senior residential plumber ready to take that next step, this role is built for someone who wants stewardship and room to grow.

Requirements

• Current Georgia Master Plumber license, Class II (Non-Restricted), issued by the Georgia Division of Master and Journeyman Plumbers
• Proven residential service plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• South Carolina Residential Plumber license
• Dual GA/SC licensing strongly preferred, as this role supports service in both GA and SC within the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA).
• Exam waiver available for qualified Master Plumbers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Bailey's residential plumbing service department
• Perform and oversee residential plumbing service, diagnostics, and repairs
• Establish processes, standards, and best practices for the new service line
• Mentor and help build out the plumbing team as the department grows
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call
• Partner with leadership on pricing, workflow, and departmental strategy
