Plumber for Residential and Commercial Repair and Service
About The Position
Leaky’s Plumbing & HVAC is hiring a plumber to provide residential and commercial plumbing service and repairs as the company expands into Midland/Odessa. The role offers an opportunity to help grow a new operation, with support from the company’s established Lubbock and San Antonio teams. The successful candidate will handle service calls independently, take ownership of assigned work, and deliver quality customer service in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Compensation is $30.00–$40.00 per hour. Requirements
- Current Texas Tradesman or Journeyman plumbing license.
- Experience in residential and commercial plumbing service and repair.
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to hustle.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Take pride in work and complete it properly.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Work on water heaters, drains, fixtures, leaks, gas lines, and water softeners.
- Provide customers with repair options and estimates.
- Complete job notes using mobile software.
- Keep the company vehicle and equipment organized.
- Deliver great customer service.
- Work independently and take ownership of assigned jobs.
- Help build and grow the Midland/Odessa operation.
