About The Position

Tioga Downs is seeking Players Club Representatives to provide top-notch customer service to guests. The representative maintains knowledge of the company’s property and nearby or on-property special events, responds courteously and promptly to guest requests, complaints, and inquiries, and provides information about Players Club offerings and operations. The role also involves sharing information about club programs, promotions, events, racing, food operations, and projects across multiple properties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Regularly talk or hear; stand, walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Occasionally reach with hands and arms; sit, climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain working knowledge of the company’s property and special events on or near the property to advise guests when possible.
• Respond courteously and promptly to guests’ requests, complaints, and inquiries.
• Maintain working knowledge of the area, package plans, special features, hours of operation, and Players Club outlets.
• Provide guests with information about club programs, promotions, and events across multiple properties.
• Provide guests with information about racing, food operations, and projects across multiple properties.
