About The Position

As a Players Club Representative, you will promote the success of the Choctaw Rewards Club by informing players of benefits, offers, and special events and assisting with player requests. The role is customer-focused and often involves first contact with new customers as well as frequent interaction with regular casino customers. You will report to the Players Club Shift Supervisor or Department Manager. The position pays $16.00 per hour and is full-time. The scheduled shifts are 3:30 PM–12:00 AM Tuesday through Thursday and 5:30 PM–2:00 AM Friday and Saturday, with Sunday and Monday off. Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position.

Requirements

General computer application proficiency.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including assessing customer needs, meeting service quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of English language structure and content, including word meanings and spelling, composition, and grammar.
General knowledge of casino facilities and amenities and in-depth knowledge of casino promotions.
Prior experience in high-customer-contact positions.

Responsibilities

Explain the Choctaw Rewards Club program, promotions, and other marketing information to guests.
Perform data entry associated with Rewards Club cards and use the Player Tracker System.
Assist the Marketing department with projects, promotions, and events.
Answer questions and immediately resolve guest, associate, or management concerns.
Issue comps based on established guidelines.
Stay informed about marketing activities, promotions, and events.
Maintain records to document or verify department activities.
Maintain positive working relationships with locations, departments, staff, and vendors.
Comply with company regulations and policies.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
