About The Position

The PIT Operator operates powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move products, equipment, and materials, while supporting warehouse receiving, loading, and unloading operations. The role requires accurate use of handheld scanners, adherence to the 7S program and quality policies, and maintaining a clean work environment. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with flexibility to work overtime when needed.

Requirements

• Be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and more than 75 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods.
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.

Nice To Haves

• One year of warehouse experience.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Load and unload trailers as needed.

• Demonstrate commitment to process excellence.
• Demonstrate understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy.
• Perform inbound receiving processes.
