About The Position

The PIT Operator operates powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move products, equipment, and materials in a warehouse environment. The role uses handheld scanners, supports trailer loading and unloading, and performs inbound receiving processes. Operators maintain a clean work area, follow the 7S program and supply chain quality policy, and demonstrate a commitment to process excellence. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with flexibility to work overtime when needed.

Requirements

• Be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of warehouse experience.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack, or move products, equipment, and materials.
• Use a handheld scanner accurately.
• Load and unload trailers as needed.
• Follow the 7S program and maintain a clean environment.
• Demonstrate a commitment to process excellence.
• Understand and follow the Supply Chain quality policy.
• Perform inbound receiving processes.
