About The Position
The Picker Finger Replacer manually replaces missing or damaged picking fingers in picking machines. The role also assists with first-processing startup by inspecting and replacing missing or damaged kill shackles, evis shackles, and pack shackles. The position is based in Belgravia and works the swing shift from 2:20 p.m. to 10:50 p.m., with overtime.
Requirements
- Ability to visually inspect picking machines for damaged fingers and hubs.
- Ability to manually replace picking fingers using a cordless impact tool.
- Ability to replace drive belts, motors, and hubs as needed.
- Ability to run kill and evis lines and replace shackles.

- Assist with first-processing startup setup.
- Follow the birds and make adjustments as needed.
