About The Position

The Physician Recruiting Consultant advises physician candidates and clients throughout the recruiting process. The role sources and screens physicians, builds rapport through phone calls and emails, presents job opportunities, discusses compensation, and prepares candidates for interviews. The consultant manages recruitment and physician-marketing efforts, consults with clients, addresses concerns, and recommends actions to support successful searches. The position is remote and may require travel up to 20%.

Requirements

Recruiting experience is required.
Sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or cold calling, is required.
Experience with physician relations and regular interaction with physicians.
Ability to travel up to 20%.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
