About The Position

The Medicus Firm, part of M3USA, is hiring a Director of Physician Recruiting to support physician recruitment for hospitals and healthcare employers nationwide. The role advises physician candidates and clients, sources and screens physicians, promotes opportunities, and manages recruiting searches from initial contact through resolution of client concerns. It also drives physician marketing campaigns and provides clients with recommendations, communication, feedback, and reports throughout the recruiting process. The position is remote and may require travel up to 25%.

Requirements

At least 5 years of recruiting experience.
Sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or cold calling.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work within the company’s core values: Commitment, Integrity, Trust, Extra Mile, and Continuous Improvement.

Advise physician candidates and clients.
Source and screen physicians, building rapport through phone calls and emails.
Emphasize opportunity features, quote salary, and prepare candidates for interviews.
Present opportunity information effectively and respond to questions.

Investigate and resolve client concerns.
Consult with clients throughout the recruiting process.
Make recommendations to clients to aid in a successful search.
Provide consistent communication, feedback, and reports.
