About The Position

Hadley Designs is seeking a Director of Recruiting to own the end-to-end recruiting engine and source, vet, and close talent for roles ranging from Amazon and ecommerce operators to senior leaders. The position is responsible for building a strong candidate pipeline, designing a process that effectively evaluates candidates, and presenting leadership with qualified candidates. A recruiting administrator handles administrative work, allowing the Director to focus on sourcing, meeting candidates, and developing new ways to reach talent. The Director runs first-round interviews, including for director-level roles, manages outside recruiting partners, and represents Hadley Designs throughout the candidate experience. The role also oversees recruiting channels, test projects and assessments, hiring metrics, reference checks, and employer review management. Success includes filling roles in under 45 days, generating a strong qualified-applicant pipeline, producing complete weekly reports, and delivering a highly rated candidate experience.

  • Proven track record of hiring across marketing, operations, Amazon, ecommerce, product, and leadership roles.

  • Outbound sourcing experience and expert-level skills with LinkedIn and Workable.
  • Ability to creatively find talent in online communities and unusual places.
  • Everyday capability using AI to improve productivity, with a clear view of how AI, a CRM, and documented SOPs can make recruiting faster and better.
  • Strong writing skills for job posts, outreach, and direct candidate communication.
  • Ability to manage 5 to 10 active roles at a time without process drop-off.
  • Experience building and running hiring-metrics reporting.
  • Experience managing outside recruiting agencies.
