About The Position

The Physician Recruiting Consultant advises physician candidates and clients throughout the recruiting process. The role sources and screens physicians, builds rapport through phone calls and emails, presents opportunities, discusses compensation, and prepares candidates for interviews. It also drives physician marketing campaigns, manages recruiting processes, investigates and resolves client concerns, and consults with clients by providing recommendations, communication, feedback, and reports. The Medicus Firm is a national healthcare recruitment firm and part of M3USA. It provides recruiting services to hospitals and healthcare employers nationwide and draws on M3’s reach among physician communities. The company describes its work environment as collaborative, dynamic, and innovative. This position may require travel up to 20%.

Requirements

Recruiting experience.
Sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or cold calling.
Experience with physician relations and interacting with physicians regularly.
Ability to travel up to 20%.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
