About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing the operations of a physician practice, focusing on strategic growth, team leadership, operational excellence, financial oversight, and interdepartmental collaboration. The position involves working closely with physicians and executive leadership to develop business plans, expand services, and achieve financial goals. It also includes managing recruitment, scheduling, payroll, and professional development for the team, fostering an inclusive and high-performing workplace. The role requires optimizing patient flow, resolving operational challenges, managing budgets, monitoring billing and collections, and serving as a liaison between various stakeholders.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

Nice To Haves

Bachelors in Healthcare Admin, Business or related field preferred.
3-5 years of healthcare clinic leadership operations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with practice physicians and executive leadership to develop long-term business plans, expand clinical services, and achieve financial goals.
Direct recruitment, scheduling, payroll, and professional development for the practice team.
Foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace through proactive performance management and team-building.
Oversee day-to-day site logistics, optimize patient flow, resolve daily operational challenges, and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality care.
Manage site budgets, monitor billing and collections workflows, optimize vendor relationships, and support physician compensation planning.
Serve as the primary liaison connecting site staff, physicians, health system administration, and external partners.
