Requirements

Availability for a weekday day shift (08:00–16:30) on a 5x8 schedule
Eligibility to work in the United States; travel-friendly mindset and ability to adapt to a new facility setting

Responsibilities

Deliver physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
Assess residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress toward goals
Implement evidence-based interventions and modify plans as needed; coordinate discharge planning with the care team
Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in resident records per facility policy
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including nursing, therapy assistants, and physicians to optimize resident care
Maintain safety, infection control, and patient-comfort standards during therapy sessions
