About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist in the Cloquet, Minnesota, area through its Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, designed for newly graduated professionals. The program provides a dedicated mentor and hands-on training to help clinicians develop into confident, well-rounded professionals. Prior in-home or home health experience is not required.

Physical Therapists provide outpatient care in patients’ homes, with autonomy to set their schedules and support from the organization. The role averages 6–8 patients per day, with individualized 1:1 care in 60-minute sessions and no double-booking. No nights or weekends are required. Clinicians may earn additional income by treating additional patients, and referral bonuses are available.

The stated Minnesota base pay range for a full-time role is $60,000–$105,000 annually, with an opportunity to earn more.

Requirements

• Be licensed or soon to be licensed as a Physical Therapist in Minnesota.
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Hold current CPR certification.
• Demonstrate exceptional patient service, strong interpersonal skills, and consistent clinical excellence.
• Have a desire to develop professionally and a passion for patient-centered care.
• Have basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in patients’ homes.
• Deliver individualized, patient-centered care in 1:1, 60-minute sessions.
• Manage an average caseload of 6–8 patients per day.
• Set a flexible work schedule; nights and weekends are not required.
• Develop professionally through the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, including a dedicated mentor and hands-on training.
• Optionally treat additional patients to supplement income.
