About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists for their Emerging Professionals Mentor Program in Barnum, MN. This program offers a blend of mentorship and independence, allowing new graduates to launch their careers while receiving support to become confident and successful clinicians. FOX Rehabilitation, founded in 1998, was the first private practice in the U.S. to provide outpatient services in a home setting, offering flexibility and autonomy to its clinicians. The organization is nationally recognized and continues to grow, employing over 4,000 PTs, OTs, and SLPs.

Requirements

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in Minnesota
• Graduate from an accredited PT program
• Current CPR Certification
• Exceptional patient service delivery
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
• Desire to develop professionally
• A passion for patient-centered care
• Basic computer literacy

Nice To Haves

• Prior in-home or home health experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care in a home setting.
• Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
• Conduct 60-minute treatment sessions.
• Develop professionally with mentorship and hands-on training.
• Deliver exceptional patient service and clinical excellence.
