About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists for their Emerging Professionals Mentor Program in the Greater Mahtomedi, MN area. This program offers a blend of mentorship and independence, aiming to develop confident, successful, and well-rounded professionals. Requirements

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in Minnesota
• Graduate from an accredited PT program
• Current CPR Certification
• Exceptional patient service delivery
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
• Desire to develop professionally
• A passion for patient-centered care
• Basic computer literacy

Nice To Haves

• No prior in home or home health experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, individualized treatment with 1:1 patient care.
• Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
• Deliver exceptional care without feeling overwhelmed.
