About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists for their innovative Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. This program offers a blend of mentorship and independence, allowing new professionals to launch their careers while receiving support to become confident and successful clinicians. The role involves providing outpatient services in a home setting, focusing on 1:1 patient care. FOX Rehabilitation is a nationally recognized organization with a growing team of over 4,000 PTs, OTs, and SLPs.

Requirements

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in Minnesota
• Graduate from an accredited PT program
• Current CPR Certification
• Exceptional patient service delivery
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
• Desire to develop professionally
• A passion for patient-centered care
• Basic computer literacy

Nice To Haves

• No prior in home or home health experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient services in a home setting.
• Deliver top-tier, 1:1 patient care.
• Treat patients with a focus on individualized treatment.
• Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
• Conduct 60-minute treatment sessions without double-booking.
