About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist in the Greater Union, Missouri area, with an Emerging Professionals Mentor Program designed for newly graduated professionals. The role provides mentorship, hands-on training, and independence as clinicians develop their careers while delivering outpatient care to older adults in a home setting. Prior in-home or home health experience is not required.

Clinicians provide individualized, one-to-one patient care in 60-minute sessions, without double-booking. The average caseload is 6–8 patients per day. Employees set their own schedules, with no nights or weekends required. Opportunities are available to supplement income by treating additional patients and to earn referral bonuses. FOX Rehabilitation was founded in 1998 and reports having more than 4,000 PTs, OTs, and SLPs.

Requirements

• Be a licensed or soon-to-be licensed Physical Therapist in Missouri.
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Hold current CPR certification.
• Demonstrate exceptional patient service, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent clinical excellence.
• Have a desire to develop professionally and a passion for patient-centered care.
• Have basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-to-one outpatient physical therapy to older adults in a home setting.
• Deliver 60-minute treatment sessions without double-booking.
• Manage an average caseload of 6–8 patients per day.
