About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists for their innovative Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. This program offers a blend of mentorship and independence, aiming to launch careers in revolutionizing care for older adults. The program provides dedicated mentorship, hands-on training, and support to help clinicians become confident, successful, and well-rounded professionals. FOX Rehabilitation was founded in 1998 and is a nationally recognized organization providing outpatient services in a home setting, emphasizing flexibility, autonomy, and 1:1 patient care.

Requirements

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in MD.
• Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Exceptional patient service delivery.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.
• Desire to develop professionally.
• A passion for patient-centered care.
• Basic computer literacy.

Nice To Haves

• No prior in home or home health experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient services in a home setting.
• Deliver top-tier, 1:1 patient care.
• Treat patients with a focus on individualized treatment.
• Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
• Provide high-quality, individualized treatment with 60-minute sessions.
• Supplement income by treating additional patients.
• Refer classmates or colleagues for bonuses.
