About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking newly graduated Occupational Therapists for their innovative Emerging Professionals Mentor Program in Greater Easton, MD. This program offers a blend of mentorship and independence, allowing new professionals to launch their careers while receiving support to become confident and successful clinicians. FOX Rehabilitation is a nationally recognized organization founded in 1998, known for providing outpatient services in a home setting, offering flexibility and autonomy to its clinicians. The organization has over 4,000 PTs, OTs, and SLPs and is continuing to grow.

Requirements

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Occupational Therapist in MD.
• Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Exceptional patient service delivery.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.
• Desire to develop professionally.
• A passion for patient-centered care.
• Basic computer literacy.

Nice To Haves

• No prior in home or home health experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with 60-minute sessions.
• Treat patients in a rewarding home setting.
• Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
• Deliver exceptional care and focus on individualized treatment.
• Utilize basic computer literacy for job functions.
