About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist in the Union, Missouri area through its Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, designed for newly graduated professionals. The role offers a dedicated mentor, hands-on training, and support to help clinicians develop into confident, well-rounded practitioners. Prior in-home or home health experience is not required.

FOX provides outpatient services in patients’ homes, with clinician flexibility and autonomy and individualized 1:1 care. The average caseload is 6–8 patients per day, with 60-minute sessions and no double-booking. Clinicians set their own schedules; nights and weekends are not required. Additional income may be available by treating additional patients, and referral bonuses are offered for referring a classmate or colleague.

Requirements

• Licensed or soon-to-be licensed Physical Therapist in Missouri.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Exceptional patient service delivery and outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence and a desire to develop professionally.
• Passion for patient-centered care.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in patients’ homes.
• Deliver individualized 1:1 patient care in 60-minute sessions without double-booking.
• Manage an average caseload of 6–8 patients per day.
• Set and manage a flexible work schedule.
• Provide exceptional patient service and patient-centered care.
• Continue professional development with support from a dedicated mentor and hands-on training.
