About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist in the Mahtomedi, Minnesota, area through its Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, designed for newly graduated professionals. The role offers a dedicated mentor, hands-on training, and the opportunity to develop clinical confidence and professional skills while providing outpatient care for older adults in a home setting. No prior in-home or home health experience is required. The position offers an average caseload of 6–8 patients per day and individualized, one-to-one 60-minute sessions with no double-booking. Clinicians set their own schedules, with no nights or weekends required. Additional income may be available by treating additional patients, and referral bonuses are offered for referring a classmate or colleague. Requirements

Licensed or soon-to-be licensed Physical Therapist in Minnesota.
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
Current CPR certification.
Exceptional patient service delivery and interpersonal skills.
Ability to demonstrate clinical excellence and desire to develop professionally.
Passion for patient-centered care.
Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized outpatient physical therapy to older adults in a home setting.
Deliver one-to-one, 60-minute treatment sessions without double-booking.
