About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist for its Emerging Professionals Mentor Program in the Greater Barnum, Minnesota area. This program is designed for newly graduated professionals and provides a dedicated mentor, hands-on training, and support to help clinicians develop into confident, well-rounded practitioners. Prior in-home or home health experience is not required. FOX provides outpatient services in patients’ homes, with clinician flexibility and autonomy and a focus on individualized, one-to-one patient care. Physical Therapists typically see an average of 6–8 patients per day and provide 60-minute sessions without double-booking. Clinicians set their own schedules, with no nights or weekends required. The role offers opportunities to earn additional income by treating additional patients and referral bonuses. The position serves older adults as part of a mission-driven organization. The stated Minnesota standard base pay range for a full-time role is $60,000–$105,000 annually, with an opportunity to earn more. Part-time and FOX Flex (PRN) compensation is prorated.

Requirements

Licensed or soon-to-be licensed Physical Therapist in Minnesota.
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
Current CPR certification.
Exceptional patient service delivery and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence and a desire to develop professionally.
Passion for patient-centered care.
Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy services in patients’ homes.
